Why this project exists

Build the operating tooling for Paul’s independent specialist practice — universal Phase 1 tools used across all four service lines, then service-specific Phase 2 tools — plus the daily knowledge-building routine that compounds into the wiki [S-2026-03-17-paul-practice-build-plan].

Current state

IGA toolkit build (2026-07-17): build plan in place per S-2026-07-17-iga-toolkit-build-plan — Wave 1 (Aug 2026): findings & actions register (Excel workbook combining findings register + management response/action tracker), assurance scope & ToR template (Word), assurance report template (Word), differentiating offer one-pager (Word→PDF); Wave 2 (Sep 2026): interview guide set and document review checklist; Wave 3 (Nov/Dec 2026): v2 after pilot + ISO/IEC 42006-aligned methodology write-up.
